New Sound Practitioner

Carolyn (Cinnamon) Hidalgo has been active in our community for the past decade. She is an Usui as well as a Kundilini Reiki Master. She received her Sampoorna Yoga Certification while working at an Ashram in Miramar, Florida. Carolyn studied and enjoyed the daily kirtans while picking Moringa leaves for tea, cutting sugarcane and plucking lemons for lemonade and learning how to float sheetrock. Carolyn has been interested in sound healing since her first kirtan with Ashana Sofia at Little Creek Yoga. She is now bringing her own sound healing with crystal bowls and soft percussion instruments to the Lafayette Salt Cave on Wednesdays. Join her tonight, next Wednesday or Wednesday the 30th of June.
